Bulk Certificate Generator

A Python script designed to automate the creation of personalized certificates. It reads participant data from a CSV file, uses a template image, and leverages the Pillow library to programmatically place text, generating individual certificates for each participant. The project also includes an interactive designer tool to help users find the precise coordinates for text placement.
